Our mission at Creative Care WI, LLC is to prevent housing displacement. We strive to help individuals living with mental illness in our community by providing safe and quality housing, and supportive services to improve their overall quality of life.
Our vision is to support the stability and independence of those we serve by providing accessible housing, exceptional services, and creative care. We envision communities where individuals living with mental illness can live independently in quality housing.
Creative Care WI, LLC improves the community by providing quality housing and assisting individuals living with mental illness, allowing them to focus on self-sufficiency and independence.
