Shanta Hobbs is a mental health and substance abuse therapist. Shanta began her career in the mental health field in 2006 at the Milwaukee County B.H.D. In 2012, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health Care Administration. Shanta furthered her education to obtain a Master of Science Degree in Education-Counseling from Concordia University. After a total of 9 years at the Milwaukee County B.H.D. Shanta transitioned her career to a human service agency where her career entails rehabilitative duties, therapy, and group facilitation.

TaShunda has over 15 years of experience in public service and has a passion for assisting low-income families and helping people overcome barriers to self – sufficiency. TaShunda graduated from Walden University with a Masters of Public Administration and received her Undergrad Degree from University of Phoenix in Human Services .
Katie Martin is a community based psychotherapist working to help individuals find their voice and work towards their vision of a life worth living. Katie has 9 years of experience working with individuals and families struggling with a variety of issues, including but not limited to: addiction, extensive trauma, deep feelings of shame, and loss of hope. Katie brings knowledge about trauma informed care, gender specific models used in treatment and relapse prevention skills, as well as experience in facilitation of DBT techniques. Katie has a master’s degree from Lakeland College in counseling.
Christina Bryant is a Administrative Professional. Christina has extensive experience in business operations management and administration. Her many years in the Administrative field has been characterized by her steadfast dedication to supporting executive-level personnel and achieving organizational objectives. Her experience is in operational functions, procedural enhancements, staff hiring / coaching, quality management, team motivation, administrative efficiency supporting executive-level personnel and achieving organizational objectiv
Phylece Gilbert is a mental health therapist. She obtained her Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College in 2015. Phylece obtained her undergrad degree in Organizational Communication from UW-Whitewater. Phylece has several years experience in adult and child mental health therapy, case management, care coordination, and human services. Phylece has a passion for civil rights and social action, economic empowerment, human rights, and poverty alleviation.
Kasey Herd is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho and currently serves as the Dean of Student Climate and Culture for Capitol West Academy. Kasey began her career of serving and educating the youth of Milwaukee in 2006. She obtained her Bachelors degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Community Engagement and Education and is currently pursuing a Masters in Education Leadership at Cardinal Stritch. Kasey prides her self on building strong relationships with community organizations and leaders.
